30-Day Return Window

You may return your purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods, such as gift cards, are exempt from being returned. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Scenarios for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Procedure

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Issues with Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at gary@shopsuttons.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, if the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
